If we weren't traveling this weekend I would definitely be making pink pancakes. Lucky for the mister I thought ahead and made him some this past weekend (his even had dark chocolate morsels! Now that's an act of love). In hindsight, I could have been a bit more generous with the coloring but they were delicious anyway. Everything tastes better in shades of pink and red ♥
